It's a Man's World

We've all read the studies, education is the key to success and personal growth and our little man is no exception. Since he started 'school' in January he's grown leaps and bounds developmentally, and we're oooohing and ahhhhing over every minute of it. Before the New Year throwing balls and stacking blocks were all the rage, and while those are still smile worthy activities, Jackson has now moved on to coloring, "cooking", climbing to the top of any climber (couch, ladder, staircase) he can get to before we catch him, dancing, playing frisbee, solving puzzles, reading, making friends, and most excitingly talking up a storm. Some of our favorite one liners, "oh no(ooo) please" said in response to anything he doesn't want to do, like going to bed or eating. "My turn now please",  said as he grabs a toy from a friend - sharing is still obviously not one of our favorite activities, and the always funny "NO D!", which is code for No Henry. He's fantastic at disciplining the dog and tries to practice as often as possible. Poor Henry!

Jackson's school, which we love, not only has inspired this massive growth streak, but also provides us with a daily report of what Jack and his classmates spent their day doing. To our joy the report is always chock full of pictures, and being the proud mama I am, I just had to share a few in a 'greatest hits' colleague. Enjoy!
