The mission: to turn the below inspiration board into centerpieces for a 90th birthday party. The guest of honor: the 90 year old birthday boy who invented the carrier pigeon method (seriously!). The budget: $50 for 10 centerpieces . . . a true challenge if I've ever heard one. Bring it on!
